How do I register?

To register, one needs to contact the Super Admin and request registration – You are required to fill in all the details on the Registration page and submit. On acceptance of your registration, you will receive your TeaQIP Username and Password.

How do I Sign In to the site?

Once you click on the mentioned URL, you will be redirected to the login page where you will be able to sign in to the system using your User name and Password. It is recommended that after signing-in you should change your password for security reasons.

After signing-in, the landing page(it will be called as "dashboard") will be visible to the user where he/she can see all the required information on the status and progress of all feedback activities, reports, and analytics updated in real-time. This dashboard will be different for Group Head, Sub Group Head and Institution Head. All three are shown below -

How do I change my password?

The user has to be logged in (Signed in) to change the password. From any screen user needs to click on the hamburger icon in the top right corner of the screen. The pop up will appear with a link to "Change Password".

  • Click on "Change Password" to open the new window

  • Enter New Password, Confirm Password, and click on "Change Password"

How do I view and edit my profile?

It is necessary to edit/upload your profile right after your first login. This is required for generating Reports and Analytics. To update your personal information, login to the site, and click on ‘My Profile’ in the right-hand corner hamburger icon.

You can add/modify any type of obligatory data such as name, address, etc. When you have finished entering information, click on the ‘Update Info’ button at the right bottom of the page. We recommend to modify this data because address details like City, State are very important from Analytics standpoint. If this data is not provided Analytics will not work as you expect.
