# System Entities, Hierarchy, and Responsibilities > **Note :** For ease of explanation and understanding we will take as an example an educational group by the name ‘Global Educational Group’ (GEG). GEG may have under it GE Sub-Group/s in different part/s of the country or the world (viz. GE Sub-Group East or GE Sub-Group Karnataka, GE Sub-Group Australia, GE Sub-Group USA, etc.) under which there may be functional **Institution/s** viz. colleges, schools, coaching centers, training centers, etc. ## **Hierarchy of TeaQIP :** ### 1. Superadmin : #### **Superadmin** is the TeaQIP Team which is responsible to manage the whole process of the TeaQIP Feedback system. **Responsibility:** Supeadmin registers different educational and training Group Heads through a registration process as **Group Head** of the client educational group. After the registration process, the concerned Group Head receives an email with URL to the Application, Login ID and Password to log into the system. With this Group head is added in the group’s hierarchy for using the TeaQIP feedback system. ### 2. Group Head : #### **Group Head** is the person heading an educational group e.g. GEG. GEG may have under it **Sub-Group/s** under which there may be **Institution/s** viz. colleges, schools, coaching centers, training centers, etc. **Responsibility: Group Head will register the Sub-Group Head/s** under his/her educational group by entering the required details on the registration page. After the completion of the registration process by the Group Head, the concerned **Sub-Group Head/s** would receive an email with URL to the Application, Login ID and Password to log into the system. With this Sub Group Head would be added in the group’s hierarchy for using the TeaQIP feedback system. Step-wise instructions for further actions to be taken by the **Group Head** for use of this system are explained under the head **‘Operating Instructions For The Group Head’.** ### 3. Sub-Group Head : #### **Sub-Group Head** is the person heading a sub-group under which there could be one or more institutions viz. colleges, schools, coaching centers, training centers, etc. **Responsibility:** It is the responsibility of the **Sub-Group Head** to register the persons heading the educational institutions viz. Principal, Headmaster, Director, etc. as **Institution Head** by entering the required details on the registration page. After the completion of the registration process by the **Sub-Group Head**, the concerned **Institution Head/s** would receive an email with URL to the Application, Login ID and Password to log into the system. With this Institution Head would be added in the group’s hierarchy for using the TeaQIP feedback system. Step-wise instructions for further actions to be taken by the Sub-Group Head are explained under the head **‘Operating Instructions For Sub-Group Head’.** ### 4. Institution Head : #### An **Institution Head** is the person heading an **Institution** viz. Principal/ Headmaster/Director of a college, school, coaching center, training center, etc **Responsibility:** It is the responsibility of the **Institution Head** to conduct all the student feedback surveys in respect of all the teachers of their college and all the teachers from Class/Grade VI to XII of their schools. Step-wise instructions for adding all the survey-related school data and conduct of student feedback surveys are explained under the head **‘Manual For Institution Head’** which is part of the **TeaQIP Operating Instructions.** > :pushpin: **Exceptions:** > 1\. **In case GEG has only one Institution under it and no Sub-Group:** > > In this case, the **Group Head** will register himself/herself as the **Sub-Group Head** and then go on to add the Principal/Headmaster/Director as the **Institution Head** for utilizing the TeaQIP feedback system. > > For eg., the Global Education School (GES), Pune / Global Education College of Engineering (GECOE), Pune is the only school/college under the Global Education Group and there is no Sub-Group Head under it, then the **GEG Head** will add himself as the **Sub-Group Head** and then go on to add the Principal/Headmaster/Director as the **Institution Head** of GES/GCOE. > > **2. In case the Group Head is also the Principal/Headmaster/Director and there is no Sub-Group Head:** > > In this case, the **Group Head** will register him/herself as the **Sub-Group Head** and then go on to register himself/herself as the **Institution Head** for utilizing the TeaQIP feedback system. For eg., the Global Education School (GES), Pune / Global Education College of Engineering (GECOE), Pune is the only school/college under the Global Education Group and the Principal/Headmaster/Director is the sole owner. In such a case, the **Group Head** will add himself/herself as the **Sub-Group Head** and then go on to add himself/herself as the **Institution Head** of GES/GCOE ## The Procedure to create A hierarchy of any Master Institute 1\. **Superadmin** adds the **Group Head** of the educational group. 2\. The **Group Head** of the educational group adds one or more educational sub-group heads under whom there are functional educational institutions (colleges, schools coaching centers, training centers, etc.) as Sub-Group Heads. **3.** The **Sub-Group Head** is now able to add one or more institutional heads (Principal/Head Master/Director) as **Institution Head.** 4\. To conduct and manage the whole student feedback survey activity, the **Institution Head** can add Staff names, Subjects, Classes/Standards, Sections/Divisions, Departments. Also, the Institution Head can create and conduct new Surveys.
