View Reports and Analytics (Analytical Reports)
This is the most important part of the TeaQIP feedback process where the whole purpose of TeaQIP is fulfilled. Here you get to see the Advisory Report in respect of all the teachers and also the bird’s eye view of the school as a whole after an in-depth analysis of the students’ feedback forms. All the reports are submitted to the Principal and all the entities above him/her for their further necessary corrective actions.
It should be noted that the full confidentiality of the Advisory Reports in respect of all teachers and other Analytical representations should be maintained by all the entities.
Reports:
1.
Survey wise Reports :
Once the Institution Head closes the survey, all the teacher’s Advisory Reports and the Overall Institution Report are submitted by the Superadmin to the Institution Head for counseling of the teachers
After counseling every teacher is handed over a copy of their Advisory Report for further implementation of the TeaQIP Advice for improving their teaching quality
One can see the reports and analytics in "Reports Module" from left side of screen
It shows the Overall Report of the Institution with Score Trend which displays the Score of the last 5 Surveys, Parameter wise Analytics using Bar Graph, and Analytics of Grade Distribution of the Institution using Pie Chart
Click on ‘Survey wise Reports’ to view the Institution’s Overall Report of each conducted Survey by clicking on the ‘View’ button of any Survey
You can see Department Wise Staff Reports by just clicking on any department name
2. Staff Advisory Report :
Advisory Report of a teacher highlights the strengths and weaknesses of the teacher in respect of each teaching parameter as dealt in the feedback form questionnaire and also suggests the ways to overcome the weaknesses
Select the Department, then the Teacher’s name from the given drop-down, then select the particular survey and click on the ‘View’ button to see the selected Teacher's report
It shows the Advisory Report of the selected Staff member having Advises in each teaching parameter depending on the Grades obtained including in the related Parameters with graphical representation like below :
3. View Analytics:
Click on "View Analytics" to view analytical reports
Institution Head is able to see following Analytical Types Reports :
Department Wise Report
Class-Division Wise Report
Subject Wise Report
Staff Wise Report
The aim of presenting the Analytical data is to enable the decision-makers to analyse the data to formulate action plan at all levels for further improving the teaching-learning process
Here, you can see the different types of Analytical Reports by selecting from the given dropdown within the selected date range
3.1. Department Wise Report :
Select "Department Wise Report" with date range and click on "View Analytics" button, it shows the Analytics of all added Departments with bar graph and pie chart
3.2. Class-Division Wise Report :
Select "Class-Division Wise Report" and click on "View Analytics" button, it shows the Analytics of all added Class-Divisions with bar graph and pie chart
If you want to view particular Department Wise Class-Divisions, then select Department from given drop down. It shows analytics of selected Department only with Bar Graph and Pie Chart
3.3. Subject Wise Report :
Select "Subject Wise Report" and click on "View Analytics" button, it shows the Analytics of all added Class-Divisions with bar graph and pie chart
If you want to view particular Department Wise Subjects, then select Department from given drop down. It shows analytics of selected Department only with Bar Graph and Pie Chart
3.4. Staff Wise Report:
Select "Staff Wise Report" and click on "View Analytics" button, it shows the Analytics of all added Staff list with bar graph and pie chart
If you want to view particular Department Wise Staff list, then select Department from given drop down. It shows analytics of selected Department only with Bar Graph and Pie Chart
4. Staff Trend Data :
Select Department, select Staff Name and select Subject
It shows the selected Staff member’s analytical report
Select any one parameter to see the analytics of selected parameter
It shows the analytics to compare the result for two or more surveys
