Add/Edit Master Data (Staff, Departments, Sections, Subjects)
How do I add or modify a Staff?
Simply click on the menu ‘Staff’ from the menu on the left-hand side
To Add: Click on the ‘Add New’ button, then add necessary fields and click on ‘Save Info’
To Modify: Click on the ‘Edit’ button of the existing entry, then modify information and click on ‘Save Info’
To view the entered information, just click on the ‘Show’ button
To add another Teacher just click on ‘Add New’. You can add only those many numbers of Staff for which Licence is allocated. See ‘Available Slots’ in the heading of this page
How do I add or modify a Departments?
Simply click on the menu "Departments" from the menu on the left-hand side
To Add : Click on ‘Add New’ button, then add necessary fields (e.g. Mechanical) and click on ‘Save Info’
To Modify: Click on the ‘Edit’ button of the existing entry, then modify information and click on the "Save Info"
To view the entered information, just click on the ‘Show’ button
To add more Departments just click on the ‘Add New’ button again
How do I add or modify a Class(Section+Division)?
Simply click on the menu ‘"Sections(Class+Division)" from the menu on the left-hand side
To Add: Click on the "Add New" button, then Add Class with Section/Division (e.g. 1st Year A) and click on "Save Info"
To Modify: Click on the ‘Edit’ button of the existing entry, then modify information and click on ‘Save Info’
To view the entered information, just click on the ‘Show’ button
You can add more Sections to click on "Add New" button again
How do I add or modify a Subject?
Simply click on the menu "Subjects" from the menu on the left-hand side
To Add: Click on the ‘Add New’ button, then add necessary fields (e.g. Machine Tools) and click on ‘Save Info’
To View Feedback Form : Click on 'View' button to view preview of Feedback Form of that added subject as per selected parameters
To Modify: Click on the ‘Edit’ button of the existing entry, then modify information and click on ‘Save Info’
Configure Parameter:
The teaching parameters which have been selected have been arrived at after a lot of research and consultations with students and teachers who are the main stakeholders in the teaching-learning process. These are the most crucial teaching parameters which affect the way the teacher teaches and how the students learn. All the questions in the feedback questionnaire are based on these teaching parameters. Some of the teaching parameters which may or may not be applicable to a particular subject can be selected/deselected by clicking on the ‘Configure Parameter’ button
You can select/deselect and then click on "Update Info" button to update the modification
You can add more Subjects to click on "Add New" button again
