# View Analytics & Staff Trend Data(Analytical Reports)

## View Analytics : 

* Click on "View Analytics" to view analytical reports
* Group Head is able to see following Analytical Types Reports:

1. **Sub-Group Wise Report**
2. **Institute Wise Report**
3. **City Wise Report**
4. **Subject Wise Report**
5. **Department Wise Report (For College Entity)**
6. **Class/Class- Division Wise Report** 

* Select date range, type of Analytics and click on "View Analytics" button

### 1. Sub-Group Wise Report :

* It shows the Analytics of all added Sub-Groups with bar graph and pie chart

### 2. **Institute Wise Report :**

* It shows the Analytics of all added Institutions with bar graph and pie chart

### 3. City Wise Report :

* It shows the Analytics of all added cities with bar graph and pie chart
* If Group Head wants to see Overall Analytics of any one City, then click on any City Name

### 4. Subject Wise Report :

* It shows the Analytics of all added Subjects with bar graph and pie chart
* If you want to view particular Department Wise Subjects, then select name of Department from given drop down. It shows analytics of selected Department only with Bar Graph and Pie Chart

### 5. Department Wise Report : (For College Entity)

* It shows the Analytics of all added Standards/Departments with bar graph and pie chart

### 6. Class/Class-Division Wise Report :

* It shows the Analytics of all added Classes or Class-Divisions with bar graph and pie chart
* For School Insti. : 

  It shows the Analytics of all added Classes with bar graph and pie chart
* For College Insti. :

If you want to view particular Department Wise Class-Divisions, then select name of Department from given drop down. It shows analytics of selected Department only with Bar Graph and Pie Chart

## Staff Trend Data:

* It shows the analytics to compare the result for two or more surveys
* Select Sub-Group, Institute, Department in case of College Group , select Staff Name and select Subject 
* It shows the selected Staff member’s analytical report 
* Select any one parameter to see the analytics of selected parameter
